Wood Overlay

One of the big problems in beetle breeding is eliminated. The falling over of giant and stag beetles won't happen anymore with these wood overlays. Putting them on the soil in the breeding box helps the beetles to get a good grip on the substrate and they can also hide underneath it.

Moreover the bark pieces maintain the moisture underneath it and re-moisting is not necessary.

Of course they also give a nice decoration.
